Roman and his Mum, Cait, collected one of our Gloucestershire based Weehoo tag-alongs at the ned of July 2024. Cait told our Facebook group a couple of hours later, "We have just collected his helmet and now he is patiently waiting (flag in hand) for his Dad to finish work and take him for his first ride. Thank you so much. We will update once we are up and running! X"

Molly and her boyfriend, Henry, collected our Berkshire based Timberline tandem in late July 2024. They were going to use it in the SuperHero event at Dorney Lake, but they didn't. No photo was supplied.

Liam and his Mum, Joanne, collected our Newcastle based Thorn Kiddyback tandem in late-July 2024. Joanne said in early September, "Liam is loving riding the tandem. Here is a photo of Liam riding with his Dad".

Ged and his Dad, Kevin, swapped our Newcastle based Dawes Twin Street for our Newcastle based Dawes Discovery tandem, in late-July 2024. Helper Tim said, "Ged and Kevin cycled their tandem 25 miles yesterday to swap it for a lighter one. I put a rack and pannier on it for them as they often do a half day or day in the Durham hills and Kev thinks this will help them. The tandem's been a real boon for them and has helped in lots of ways." Kevin told our Facebook group, "Pics of our journey home with our new loan. Another great day, very much appreciate all that Charlotte's Tandems do and big thanks to Tim for setting us away. We also lucky that such a good traffic free route home from Newcastle. We both shattered now!"
Millie from Witney
Millie and her Dad, Owen, collected our Oxford based Viking Timber Trail tandem in late-July 2024. Her Mum, Victoria, wrote, "My daughter Millie who is blind really LOVED using one of your tandems at her summer camp. Your Charity tandem enabled her to “be just like the other kids at camp” as she was able to cycle and do the obstacle course like everyone else. This was made possible by the loan of a Charlotte's Tandem so huge thanks!"

Andrew and Isabelle collected our Berkshire based Hase Pino tandem in mid-July 2024. Helper John said, "They don't have a car so did plan on cycling the Tandem back to Canterbury over 4 days !! Eventually they hired a van and drive the 2 and half hours to collect the Pino. We tried to simulate Andrew with sacks of fertiliser to get the balance right before attempting with Andrew in situ !! which worked!!"
Justyn from Ealing
Justyn and his brother, Harvey, collected our Berkshire based Landescape tandem for the second time in mid-July 2024. Helper John said, "They are having a camping weekend with 5 other friends in Henley Oxon and doing several rides over their time there. By borrowing Charlotte's Tandem it means Justyn can be included. This is an annual event so is likely to happen again next year."
