She previously borrowed a tandem from us in 2012. Keith told our Facebook group that he took her for a ride and said, "The Plym Valley Trail was very cold this morning but the hot coffee and sausage rolls in Yelverton helped keep up spirits for the return journey to Plymouth."

John, our Helper there, said that Brigid, "felt Noah had outgrown the Tomcat and needed something larger. He is not too keen on having pedal ALL the time as he was able to freewheel on the Tomcat !!"

Heidi and her partner collected our Devon based green Dawes tandem at the start of September 2024. She told her friends on Facebook, "To make the most of the day, we headed out for our first proper tandem bike ride, thanks to Charlotte's Tandems for loaning us the bike. It was great fun, and I’m happy to report that we made it back in one piece!
We decided to stop at The New Mill at Bathpool for a drink, just to enjoy being out and about. Jamie was keen to keep going, but I thought it would be nice to take a break—we’d already done about 3.5 miles by then!
All in all, a productive and enjoyable morning."
