Graeme and our Hampshire Helper, George, have had our Hampshire based Bike Two'sDay tandem since the end of April 2024. He told our Facebook that they've ridden over 100 miles on it, mostly with the Fleet Cycling Club.

Edward and his Mum, Vicky, collected our Berkshire based Duet wheelchair tandem in late April 2024. Vicky told our Facebook group the same day, "Just picked up this wonderful bike, ours for the next 4 weeks. Thank you so much! Perfect timing as the sunny weather seems to have arrived too"

Pheobe from Bristol
Pheobe, her Mum, Liz, and little sister, Annabel, collected our Gloucestershire based Viking Timberwolf tandem and ProBike BikeBuddy tag-along in late April 2024. Their test ride went well, see the video on our Facebook group. The next day, Liz wrote, "Had accidental but BRILLIANT ride on the mountain bike trails in Leigh Woods this afternoon on it (minus the tag along). Phoebe said it was the ‘Best day ever, apart from Center Parcs’!"

Liam and his Dad, Dave, collected our Midlothian based Viking Valhalla tandem in late April 2024. It is Helper Dwayne's first hire, so congratulations to him.
Dave said on his Contact Form, "We are in Centerparcs and have just switched from a Duet bike to a tandem and my 11year son LOVES it! He doesn’t show a lot of interest for anything physical, and a tandem may be a bit of a cheat code to get him moving without realising!!"

Sarah and Tom collected our Berkshire based Mission Duet tandem in mid-April 2024. Sarah said on her Contact Form, "I love being active and outdoors and loved cycling growing up, but it wouldn’t be safe for me to cycle alone anymore, so would love chance to try using a tandem."
Fleur from Burgess Hill
Fleur and her Dad, Darryl, collected our East Sussex based tag-along bike in mid-April 2024. Darryl reported in mid-May, "We have had a few great days using it on cycle paths and on holiday."
Harry from Norwich
Harry and his Mum, Emma, are the first Borrowers of our Norfolk based Burley tag-along and collected it in mid-April 2024. Emma told our Facebook group in early May, "Thank you Charlotte’s Tandems for the loan of this lovely tag along. First ride today and my little boy loves it! He kept saying, "More, more, go further Mummy!"" See a video of them in action there.

Alana and her Mum, Steph, collected one of our Lancashire based Viking Companion tandems. Our Helper, David, told our Facebook group, "Alana brought her Mum along to try out the Viking Companion in it's shrunken form. 50 cm leg length at the rear, Stoker position. The bike just about fits her; possibly needs a 1 cm pad on the pedals. She was super excited to be riding a big bike with her Mum"

Alma, Suzie and her Dad, Richard, collected our North Staffordshire based Viking Pennine Trail tandem in mid-April 2024. Hilary, our North Staffs Helper told our Facebook group, "Check out these pics of the latest loan from the North Staffs fleet. Alma and Suzie are sisters who both have SSI (severe sight loss). Here they are taking it in turns on the Viking Pennine Trail with dad Richard and their little sister in the background."
