Nathan from Suffolk
Nathan and his Dad, Paul, collected our Suffolk based Viking tandem in late-May 2019. Paul said, “Nathan loves the tandem and wants to go everywhere on it. He’s keen to be environmentally friendly and we barely use the car for getting around town or taking him to clubs - we just go everywhere on the tandem, even if it’s raining. It’s been a fantastic success and we’re really grateful to Charlotte’s Tandems for giving us this opportunity. We’ll definitely try to get our own, especially as Nathan’s sisters love it too. We haven’t been this excited about anything since we got kittens and I’m now encouraging friends to get tandems too..."

Jude from Berkshire
Jude and his Mum, Sammy, collected our Berkshire based wheelchair tandem in May 2019: they are its first Borrowers. Sammy says, here is "... Jude enjoying the tandem. As you can see he loves it very much."

Pheobe and her Support Worker, Jasmine, have had our Shropshire based Viking Companion tandem since mid-May 2019. She wrote soon after, "We have managed to find a semi-flat lane today which we will try and cycle further each time."
Menna from the South East
Menna and her Guide, Jen, collected one of our Sussex based Viking Saratoga tandem in mid-May 2019. Jenna and her Dad borrowed from previously in 2013. This time, Charlie, our Sussex Helper, wrote on our Facebook group, that they were "heading off to Cornwall to train for a big 100km race."

Jessica and her parents and little sister collected one of our Gloucestershire based Dawes Discovery tandems at the start of May 2019.
