Darcy's Mum, Matilda, collected one of our Gloucestershire based Weehoo tag-alongs in late May 2022. Matilda told our Facebook group the next day, "Having loads of fun on the Weehoo this morning in Stratford-upon-Avon thanks to Charlotte's Tandems. Darcy is absolutely loving the freedom of being out and hasn't stop smiling. A wonderful experience for him given his cerebral palsy and other medical conditions that prevent him from yet walking. Thank you so much, will be spreading the word near and far".

Andy from Bungay
Andy and Lauren collected our Norfolk based Viking Pennine Trail in late May 2022. Lauren told our Facebook group straightaway, "Well, we have just picked up the tandem from Jenny in Norfolk! Let the adventures begin! I definitely need some practice but myself and Andy will be laughing all the way! Andy is deaf/blind due to RP (retinitis pigmentosa) caused by a condition called Usher Syndrome. He has ways wanted to ride a tandem and he never let's his disability stop him!"

Harry's Mum, Sarah, told our Facebook group in June 2022, "A massive thank you to Charlotte's Tandems we have just had our successful trial run and are now ready to start planning some cycling adventures."

Zac and his parents have had our Hertfordshire based Viking Valhalla tandem since mid-May 2022. His Mum, Claire, told our Facebook group, "Thank you for the tandem loan- we are loving it!"

Frankie and her Dad, Ian, collected our Hertfordshire based Weehoo tag-along trailer in mid-May 2022. Ian said, "We used it at the weekend and she absolutely loved it! Thank you so much, I can’t tell you how great it is for her and the freedom it will give us as a family to go out cycling together. " In mid-May they told our Facebook group, "Thank you so much to Charlotte’s Tandems for this amazing piece of kit, which has allowed us to all ride as a family."

Henry and his parents, Maia and Rob, have collected our Gloucestershire based Viking Saratoga tandem in mid-May 2022. During their test ride a chain snapped, but fortunately we had a spare to put on. Henry also found his saddle too hard, so we swapped it for a much more comfortable one.

Tinky and her Dad, Adam, collected our North Shropshire based Viking Saratoga tandem in early May 2022. Adam wrote in late June, "Thanks so much for the tandem - it’s taking a bit of getting used to but “Tinky” our daughter actually asked to go back out on it this evening. She is still a bit nervous and I spend most of my energy peddling against her trying to “help”. I think we’re getting there though."

Katie and I have been out on it most days using it for everyday journeys. She’s quickly gaining confidence and for the first time loving being on a bike.
