Emilia's Dad collected our Gloucestershire based black Thorn Kiddyback tandem in late-May 2023. This was the second time that they've borrowed a tandem from us. Unfortunately Emilia, Mum, Carolina decided that the tandem was uncomfortable for her, so she returned it in early June, to swap it for a tag-along bike.

Belle's Mum, Susan, collected our Gloucestershire based red Cannondale tandem in late-May 2023. The next day, Fran wrote the next day, "Here’s a photo from us trying out the tandem, we’ve had a great day on it and Belle loved it. It’s great to be able to go further distances as a family. Thanks!"

Stathis and his Mum, Alexandra, collected our East Sussex based Viking Saratoga tandem in May 2023. This is the second time they've borrowed from us. Alexandra wrote, "Thank you so much! Alfie and his Dad, Richard, have our Northern based Viking Timber Trail tandem. Richard told our Facebook group in late-May, "Alfie and I took the Viking tandem out for our second ride today on part of the Trans Pennine Trail. He's loving it!"
Paul from Fairford
Paul and Julie collected our Gloucestershire based Van Raam Twinny Plus tandem trike in mid-May. Paul used to be a keen cyclist and Alex could feel him powering him up the hill on their test ride.
Julie added at the end of May, "Paul has been out every day on the trike with either myself or two friends piloting. His longest ride so far was 30k!
It's taken us all a while to get used to handling it. The bike definitely reacts hugely to any camber on the road so it's the steering that's taken a while to master. It's been a huge success and before we came away Paul was asking each morning if we could go cycling. So grateful I found your charity and were able to borrow it."

Heather told our Facebook group the next day, "So this happened today thanks to Andy a local helper who very kindly dropped this off to us yesterday, sadly rain stopped play so we had a go today - A bit of screaming on Millie's side to begin with but as we got going she really got into it & was laughing along the way - She kept losing her footing so I'd stop pedalling whilst she found them again & the laughing would start again. Need more practice but think this will be great for family rides at last "
