Molly's Dad, Rich, had our Gloucestershire based Viking Valhalla from Christmas Eve 2017 to mid-July 2018. They were its first Borrower. They previously borrowed a tandem from us in the summer of 2015. They didn't bother sending a photo this time.

Jan and Tony collected our London based Phillips tandem in the Autumn of 2017. Jan has previously borrowed from us and was our first Borrower in the South-East back in 2012.

Lynda from Saltburn-by-the-Sea
Lynda and her friend, David, collected one of our Gargrave based KHS Sausage Dog tandems in mid-October 2017. Jamie said, "Lynda was very nervous to begin with but loved it!" David wrote, "Lynda is doing great. The tandem is perfect: thanks for all of your help and tuition".

Linda and Matt collected our Hertfordshire based Orbit Tour Routier in November 2017. Matt said on early December, "I've attached a photo of Linda and myself, Matt, taken during our first ride together. We went quite a long way for a first attempt, about 30 miles into the countryside and had a really good trip."

Fletcher and his Mum, Nicky, collected our Salisbury based Viking Regency tandem in early November 2017. At Christmas, Nicky wrote on our Facebook site, "First chance they have had to get out and try the tandem ........ Fletcher loved it 👍 so thanks for the loan !"

Clare collected our Cheshire based Columbia tandem in early October 2017. Our Cheshire Helper wrote on our Facebok site, "It was a joy to meet them, as Clare was a cyclist who lost her sight overnight two years ago and was now back on a bike. Matt drooled over the other CT bikes I had in stock; he is a bike mechanic and has offered to help out the Charity fixing cycles."
Mark from Romsey
Mark's friend, David, collected one of our Surrey based Dawes Super Galaxies at the start of October 2017. David wrote on our Facebook site, "First trip out today for Mark and I on #81. Glad no one witnessed the first, very wobbly 5 minutes(!) but we then got into the swing of things, got used to the non indexed shifters, fine tuned the saddle and drop bars and twigged the need to be as smooth as possible and did a 20km out and back on the country roads and cycle paths north of Romsey, with an (obligatory) stop for coffee and cake at Cedar Nurseries as a reward. Great to be working as a team together again. Huge thanks to everyone involved in Charlotte's Tandems for making this happen."

Jenny, our Norfolk based Helper wrote on our Facebook site, "Jake is enjoying getting out in the beautiful weather here in Norfolk with his carer". They have been advised to adjust his handlebars to make him more comfortable.
