Jude, his parents and sister collected our Gloucestershire based Dawes Streetback tandem in early November 2019. See videos of them riding it home on our Facebook site. His Mum, Joanna, wrote, "They made it! So grateful and excited. Bring on the weekend and our first ever whole family ride!"

Samuel and his parents collected our Hertfordshire based Ammaco Twin tandem in late October 2019. In March 2020 they reported that they've now bought their own tandem.

Brian and his Pilot, Chris, collected our Leicester based Dawes Super Galaxy tandem at the end of October 2019. Chris wrote on our Facebook site, "Many thanks from me and Brian (in picture) for loan of a Dawes Galaxy in East Midlands. Not easy finding a machine for a 6' stoker !"

Jack and his Mum, Amanda, collected our Sussex based Ammaco tandem in late October 2019. Amanda wrote the same day on our Facebook group, "Today we tried a tandem for the first time ever! It’s been at least 30 years since I’ve ridden a bike. Jack who is 15 ……. absolutely loved it! Especially when we fell off and he dropped the bike on me.

Mike and his Dad, Steve, have our Hertfordshire based Dawes Kickback tandem. Steve wrote, "Massive thanks for your help with the tandem. Had a great ride today: didn’t know how it would go but Mike loved it.
I swapped the pedals around so Mike's feet were strapped in and added a elastic bungee tie at the back, to prevent him getting his feet out. If you want I can send a photo of that for the other users. I'm pleased I kept it as natural as possible and took the advice not to get a strap seat- gave him a chance!"

Jade and her Mum, Hannah, collected our Gloucestershire based green Thorn Kiddyback tandem in early October 2019. See a video of them in action on our Facebook site. Later that month, Hannah wrote on our Facebook group, "We’re loving borrowing this tandem. Not only have we been able to go faster than ever before and therefore keep up with the rest of the family; but we’ve been able to explore places that Jade has never been able to access before in a heavy wheelchair. Thanks so much to Charlotte’s Tandems for giving Jade (8) her 'best day in years!'”
