Jill wrote, "They rode about 3 miles. Evan did really well. We went down the cycle path between the motorway and town. There was one wobble at the beginning but after that they worked well together. Evan was asking about the next ride at the end, which was amazing, he is normally so anxious. Thanks so much."
In mid-April 2015, they returned the tandem, as they'd bought their own.

We are going to take a picnic tomorrow!"
Joseph from Bristol
Joseph's carer, Ellen, collected one of our Dursley based Richmond tandems in mid-February 2015. At the end of June she wrote, "We certainly have enjoyed the tandem. One of the brothers took to it very well and having the bike has transformed the scope for outings with him at the weekends. Meaning that when at times we dont have access to a car we can still travel further, not just walking through streets to parks and other activities but cycling along the river to woods and wild areas which he enjoys and is able to explore. This transport has meant so much also because walking without the tandem can be a challenge with lots of shutting down on route. Now that it is time to return the bike I am encouraged by our experience and having ideas about scooters and other fun things we can enjoy and try out.
I wish all the best for the next people about to enjoy the bike. A big thank you to Charlotte's Tandems".

Lisa wrote on our website, "Woody and I had a superb ride at first light this morning, with musical accompaniment from the dawn chorus. Eight miles up and down, not much flat around here. We're trying to find someone who is an early riser like us to take a photo! Another ride planned for tomorrow, simply loving it, thanks so much."
They enjoyed riding it so much that they bought their own tandem in early 2015, named it "Charlotte" and wrote two lovely Thank You letters.
