We, along with our two daughter’s and my brother-in-law Andy cycled the length of the Red Squirrel way, along old railway lines, through lush green fields and finishing with a lovely stretch along the sea-front from Sundown to Shanklin. We stopped for lunch at the suitably named Peddlar’s cafe and refuelled on lasagne and the biggest slices of cake I’ve ever had! Perfect! A huge thank you to Charlotte’s Tandems and to Claire, Steve and Kevin at Route 57 for providing a really well-maintained bike and enabling us to have a brilliant day!"
